School should provide the quality education to all children. For this, teacher and school management can play vital role to provide effective quality education. The three main inputs of education process are the teachers, the curriculum (content and methods) and the educational materials. The success of an educational institution depends on its teacher’s role. The teacher should identify the individual difference and talent of each student and mould her/his aesthetic and intellectual personality. Teacher is highly respected by the students because s/he is a guide for knowledge for students and whole society. Thus, a teacher can play the major role to provide the quality education through their effective teaching-learning activities with suitable instructional materials according to the lesson in a child friendly environment.

The Goal of education in the Vajra Academy is to educate student to make them competent graduates.
To achieve this goal our school makes an environment in which
  1. A child or student enjoys learning and engaged herself in creative work in school and in community utilizing her/his full potential. S/He understands and appreciates the culture of her/his family and community and contributes to the culture of living together.
  2. A child understands and appreciates bio-diversity, cultural diversity and linguistic diversity and makes efforts to harmonize them.
  3. A child understands the importance of sustainable development and respects labour and appreciates work and occupations.
  4. A child develops Life Skills like communication and interpersonal skills, decision making skills and critical thinking skills along with coping and self management skills to co-exist in the competitive, contemporary global society.
  5. A child also develops livelihood skills with basic information, communication and technological (ICT) skills to live an independent life.
The school and teachers has a great role to fulfill the needs of student. Thus a teacher delivers lessons in creative and lively ways to ensure children’s learning. Generally, students’ evaluation is a measurement of what they have learnt in a certain period of time and how much changes occurred in their behavior. The process of evaluation together with teaching and learning is the continuous Assessment System (CAS). This CAS is one of the major tools which are used in Vajra Academy that makes a difference.
